Stormwater Planning Through Compliance
ESS offers the full spectrum of stormwater services from stormwater management plans and design development to permitting and compliance monitoring. Our experience includes addressing our client’s stormwater issues during both construction and operations of their developments and facilities. We collaborate with our clients to incorporate the most practical and cost-effective LID stormwater design principles into projects. We have developed and implemented several innovative stormwater solutions in accordance with stringent NPDES permit requirements. We validate the effectiveness of these systems by conducting dry and wet weather stormwater sampling to ensure compliance.
Focus on Watershed-scale Assessments
ESS has assisted numerous state and local government agencies, regional planning authorities, and non-profit watershed organizations in protecting and restoring water resources. We have the in-house experience and capability to undertake a full range of physical, chemical, and biological studies associated with watershed-scale assessments. We have experience utilizing GIS analytical tools, hydrologic and water quality models, and comprehensive field studies to develop watershed management plans and implement water quality improvements.
