Did You Know?

May is American Wetlands Month! This May will mark the 22nd anniversary of American Wetlands Month, which celebrates the vital importance of wetlands to ecological,   economic, and social health. Wetlands are the vital link between land and water and play a significant role in our environment. Wetlands improve water quality, increase water storage and supply, reduce flood and storm surge risk, and provide critical habitat for plants, fish, and wildlife.
