Brownfield / Superfund Services

f-brownfields-2ESS understands brownfield redevelopment and site remediation and has the technical expertise and field capabilities to ensure a successful program. ESS can also assist local government and non-profit groups in identifying candidate sites and seeking funding for brownfield redevelopment projects. Our highly skilled site assessment and remediation staff includes professional engineers and geologists, regulatory specialists, and licensed site professionals. ESS has led environmental permitting for numerous brownfields redevelopment projects, including several community development corporation projects and the redevelopment of historic mill properties. ESS has also provided project management, technical direction, and remediation system staffing for a 90-acre Superfund site.
