Following the completion of each site review, ESS prepared a list of tasks to be completed for each facility to achieve compliance.  As needed, ESS assisted in completing selected tasks by developing record keeping systems, preparing formal regulatory applicability determinations, preparing or updating written Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) and Storm Water Pollution Prevention (SWPP) plans, conducting research into specific regulations, developing and updating a spill reporting guide, and other compliance-related tasks. 

In addition to the site review related work, ESS has completed SPCC and SWPP plans for three New Hampshire facilities, done wetlands delineation at one Massachusetts facility, and conducted asbestos inspections at ten Boston Sand & Gravel facilities.

ESS continues to work closely with Boston Sand & Gravel to provide assistance with environmental, health and safety compliance.
