ESS Group, Inc. is seeking an environmental professional with 2-5 years of experience in permitting and regulatory compliance support to join our highly successful and growing Energy & Industrial Services Practice. This position offers excellent technical and professional growth opportunities, with diverse and challenging assignments.
The qualified candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in engineering or science, and demonstrated experience with environmental regulations and compliance programs for energy and industrial facilities. Strong technical analysis, writing, communication, and personal computer application skills are required. The successful candidate will be a self starter who is motivated to achieve in a dynamic, high performance consulting firm. Experience with air quality dispersion modeling or noise impact analyses is a plus.
Specific assignments may include:

Preparing air, water, and waste discharge estimates and inventories;

Developing permit applications and management systems;

Conducting technical/scientific literature reviews and data searches;
Supporting the preparation of comprehensive environmental impact assessments;

Preparing compliance management plans, reports, and records;

Conducting control technology assessments, compliance audits, and training programs; and
-
Actively participating in identifying and securing new business opportunities and clients.
