Licensing / Permit Renewals

b-licensingESS has extensive experience in the licensing of new power generation facilities including traditional oil/gas-fired generation, cogeneration, peaking units, biomass and waste-to-energy facilities, wind, and back-up generation. We have also licensed gas repowering of existing oil-fired generation and expansion of existing facilities. Our energy transmission licensing experience includes new facilities, as well as transmission line replacements, reconductoring, and looping facilities within existing rights-of-way (ROW).
