Watershed Protection

ESS lake, pond, and river watershed management services are headed by a Certified Lake Manager with extensive experience in the study and protection of both natural and manmade water bodies. He is assisted by an experienced staff of ecologists, hydrologists, engineers, and regulatory specialists with comprehensive capabilities for watershed assessment and management.

Funding for Watershed Protection

These grant programs help to protect water supply, wildlife habitat, open space, and recreational resources. Funding is also available for restoration of lakes, ponds, rivers, and streams. ESS works with government and private groups to pursue these funding opportunities and conducts the technical studies supported by water supply and watershed protection grants.
